Demand is rising. Supply is declining. Hurricanes will affect production. Geopolitical events will affect it. Venezuela is nationalizing production.

The Arabian oil company has four times the production capacity of Exxon, the Iranian oil company is more than three times as big, even the Mexican oil company is twice as big as Exxon as is the Venezuelan company. Given the turmoil in those countries, anything is possible.
