Canadian crude (tar sand oils) is one of the dirtiest out there. And damages the most resources. Keep it in Canada.

First off Obama only voted present his whole political life. He just wants to vacation and golf at our expense. He won't do anything to benefit the masses when his goal is to destroy capitalism and redistribute the wealth so we all are the same. Intelligent hard working people that actually produce wealth for him to give to the non producers will just give him the bird and quit. A day will come when we start over much as our founders did. Read your history and you will see 1/3 were revolutionary's, 1/3 Loyalist and 1/3 who could care less.

Build the pipline already. Every state has given it a thumbs up! What's taking the President so long in making up his mind? Can anyone say radical enviromentalists.

I still say build the pipeline here in Canada, to both the east and west coasts.
Why should a Canadian company provide jobs for Americans when there are Canadians that need jobs????

Gas prices are set by speculators not by supply and demand. Blame Wall street.

This oil is currently regarded as more detrimental than beneficial. However, trying to change this mind set can do no harm.

How about building a 1/2 Keystone that comes as far as MN. That way at least we might be able to get lower pump prices!

"It should be refined in Canada, then sell at the proper price"
Good idea except it's not practical........
Some people suggest refining the oil in Canada for export. It might be a good idea in theory, but it’s not really practical. Once refined, there will be over 20 products out of it. Are we going to build 20 plus pipelines or send them by trucks to the US and how is it shipped overseas? At 900,000 barrels a day, that’s over 4,000 truck loads a day.
